NLP was created in the early seventies by John Grinder and Richard Bandler based on the work of Fritz Perls, psychotherapist and originator of the Gestalt school of therapy, Milton Erickson, a world-famous hypnotherapist and Virginia Satir, well-known family therapist and remarkable communicator. NLP used as a psycho-therapeutic tool is simple and to the point, addressing addictions and habits, phobias and unwanted patterns of behaviour, past trauma, depression or anxiety. NLP presupposes that each human being has the resources they need to succeed and to achieve their desired outcomes - there are no unresourceful people, only unresourceful states. This form of therapy is fast and successful.
